The rules, in plain words.

1. The account is yours

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. If you think someone else has got in, change it in Settings and tell us at security@formza.me.

You need to be at least 13 to have an account. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these terms with you.

2. Your content stays yours

Everything you put on your page belongs to you. You give us permission to store it and to show it to people who visit your page, which is the only way a hosted page can work. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not claim ownership, we will not use your page in our marketing without asking you first, and we will not sell it.

3. What you cannot put on a page

Formza Bio pages must not link to or contain:

• Anything illegal where you or your visitors are.
• Material that sexually exploits children, in any form, ever. This is the one line where we act immediately and involve the authorities.
• Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive a visitor into giving up credentials or money.
• Impersonation of a real person or organisation in a way meant to mislead. Parody is fine when it is obviously parody.
• Harassment of a specific person, or content that incites violence against people.

Reports go to help@formza.me. We read them.

4. What we do if a page breaks the rules

For most things, we email you first and give you a chance to fix it. For phishing, malware, and child sexual abuse material, we remove the page immediately and without warning, because the harm is ongoing while it is up.

If we suspend or remove your page, we will tell you why and you can reply to that email to contest it.

5. The service, honestly described

We work to keep Formza Bio available, but we do not offer an uptime guarantee, and the free plan comes with no warranty of any kind. We will tell you about planned maintenance in advance where we can.

We may change or remove features. If a change removes something you are relying on, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email.

6. Paying for Pro

Pro is billed monthly in advance and renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your Pro features until the end of the period you have paid for.

After that your page stays online on the free plan. Links beyond the free limit are hidden rather than deleted, so upgrading again restores them.

If something goes wrong on our side, email billing@formza.me and we will refund you. We do not have a policy designed to avoid that.

7. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. It is immediate and permanent: the profile, links, theme, and click history all go, and your username becomes available for someone else.

We can close an account that repeatedly breaks section 3, or that is being used to attack the service or its users.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because it cannot.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Formza Bio after that means you accept the new version.
